Day Charter FAQs
How long is a full-day charter?
A full-day charter typically runs 8-10 hours, departing between 9:00 and 10:00 and returning between 17:00 and 19:00. We are flexible - if you want an earlier start or later return, just let us know when booking.
What is the difference between a day charter and a boat tour?
A day charter gives you a private boat with captain for the entire day. You choose where to go, how long to stay at each stop, and when to move on. A boat tour follows a fixed itinerary shared with other guests. With a charter, the boat is exclusively yours.
Can we choose our own route on a day charter?
Absolutely. That is the beauty of a private charter. While your captain will suggest the best options based on weather and sea conditions, the final itinerary is entirely up to you. Want to spend all day at one beach? No problem. Want to visit five different islands? We can do that too.
Is food and drink included?
All day charters include water, soft drinks, and fresh fruit. You can upgrade to a full catering package with gourmet lunch, local wines, and snacks. Many guests also choose to stop at a seaside restaurant for lunch - your captain knows all the best spots.
How many people can join a day charter?
Our fleet accommodates 2-12 guests depending on the vessel. For couples, Lucy or Pelagosa 33 are perfect. For families or small groups (up to 8), Axiom offers the most space. For larger groups up to 12, Zara is the best choice.
What should we bring on a day charter?
Bring sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), sunglasses, a hat, swimwear, a towel (though we provide them), and a light layer for the breeze. We provide snorkeling equipment, a Bluetooth speaker, and all safety gear. Most guests also bring a camera - the photo opportunities are incredible.
