1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mini Yachts Hvar website and boat tour/charter services. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Making a Booking

Bookings can be made via our website, email, WhatsApp, or phone
A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from us
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 hours during business hours

2.2 Booking Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
You must provide accurate contact and booking information
The lead guest is responsible for all members of their party

2.3 Deposit and Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking
We accept cash (EUR), bank transfer, and major credit cards
Full payment is typically due before or on the day of the tour

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Guest

Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before departure
Less than 24 hours: 50% of the tour price may be charged
No-show: Full tour price may be charged

3.2 Cancellation by Mini Yachts Hvar

We may cancel or modify a tour due to:

Unsafe weather conditions (wind, waves, storms)
Mechanical issues with the vessel
Other circumstances beyond our control

In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

3.3 Weather Conditions

Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we will contact you to discuss options including rescheduling, alternative itineraries, or a full refund.

4. Tour Conditions

4.1 Departure and Duration

Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure
Tour durations are approximate and may vary based on conditions
Late arrivals may result in shortened tour time

4.2 What's Included

Unless otherwise stated, our tours include:

Private boat with experienced skipper
Fuel costs
Bottled water and soft drinks
Snorkeling equipment
Beach towels
Safety equipment

4.3 What's Not Included

Lunch and alcoholic beverages
Entrance fees (e.g., Blue Cave - approximately €15 per person)
Gratuities (appreciated but not expected)

5. Safety and Conduct

5.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must follow the skipper's safety instructions
Life jackets are available and must be worn when requested
Swimming is at your own risk - inform us of any health conditions
Children must be supervised by adults at all times

5.2 Guest Conduct

We reserve the right to end a tour early without refund if guests:

Behave in a manner that endangers themselves or others
Are intoxicated to the point of being a safety risk
Damage the vessel or equipment
Harass crew or other guests

5.3 Liability

Personal belongings are your responsibility
We are not liable for injuries resulting from guest negligence
We recommend travel insurance for all guests

6. Special Requirements

Please inform us in advance of any:

Dietary requirements (for lunch stops)
Medical conditions or mobility issues
Special occasions (birthdays, proposals, etc.)
Specific destinations or activities you wish to include

7. Images and Media

We may take photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your skipper. Any images you share with us may be used on our website and social media with your permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Mini Yachts Hvar and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

We hope to resolve any issues directly. If you have a complaint, please contact us at miniyachts.hvar@gmail.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Croatian courts.
