1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of yachtrentalhvar.com, run by Yacht Rental Hvar ("we", "us"). By using the website or sending a trip request, you accept these terms. Questions: hello@yachtrentalhvar.com.
2. What we do
Yacht Rental Hvar is an independent guide and booking-request service. We publish information about boat trips in Hvar and pass trip requests to licensed local skippers and boat companies ("operators"). We do not own or operate boats.
3. Trip requests
- Sending a request is free and does not create a booking.
- We try to find a suitable operator, but we cannot promise that one is available on your date.
- Please give correct contact and trip details so operators can reply.
4. Your booking is with the operator
If you accept an offer, your contract is directly with the operator who runs the trip. The operator sets and confirms:
- The boat, route, timing and price
- Deposit and payment terms
- Cancellation, weather and refund rules
- Safety rules on board
Please read the operator's terms before you pay. Questions about a booking, payment or refund go to the operator. We are happy to help you contact them.
5. Prices and information on this website
Prices on this website are typical market prices to help you plan. They are not offers. The final price comes from the operator and depends on the boat, season and group size. Distances, times, entrance fees and opening hours can change; we check them, but we cannot guarantee they are always current.
6. Weather and safety
At sea, the skipper decides if it is safe to go out and may change the route. Any change or cancellation is handled under the operator's own terms.
7. Limits of our liability
We are not a party to your contract with the operator and are not responsible for how the operator performs the trip. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Website content
The text and design of this website belong to Yacht Rental Hvar. Photos are used under their licences. Please do not copy the content without permission.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
