Wine Tasting at Sea
Dalmatia produces extraordinary wines. Taste them on a private boat tour from Hvar - with crystal-clear Adriatic waters, sea breezes, and your local expert skipper guiding you to the best vineyards.
Croatia's Wine Renaissance
Croatian wine has a history spanning 2,500 years, but the modern renaissance is producing some of the Mediterranean's most exciting bottles. The islands around Hvar are at the heart of this movement.
Imagine tasting a glass of Plavac Mali while anchored in a quiet bay, the same grape variety that has been grown on these hillsides for centuries. Or discovering Bogdanuša, a white wine that grows nowhere else on Earth but Hvar.
Our wine experiences combine private boat tours from Hvar with expert tastings. We can visit cliffside vineyards, pair wines with local food at hidden coves, and end the day watching the sunset with a glass of something special. Guests call it the best day of your trip.

Captain Ivan's tip:
"Ask for the Plavac Mali at any konoba we visit - it is Hvar's signature red grape. Mia always pairs it with pašticada, the slow-cooked beef that is the island's proudest dish. A boat wine tour lets you taste at places no car can reach."
